Our proven, advanced physiotherapy methods provide lasting pain relief, restore your body’s structural balance, and correct spinal misalignments so you can heal and recover faster. Your comfort during therapy is our top priority and we actively involve you in your treatment, making sure you never feel left in the dark about your condition or recovery process.
We use the most effective methods and the latest equipment for a more accurate assessment and optimal care. This means every therapy session is efficient and based on clinically proven physiotherapy techniques, giving you the best results in the shortest amount of time possible.
During therapy, we work with you one-on-one to relieve your spine from stress and reduce soft tissue discomfort, inflammation, and numbness. We gradually restore your range of motion and joint mobility and combine the correct hands-on techniques that will target the root cause of your pain. This helps alleviate nerve irritation or pressure for more significant pain relief.
Each treatment program is based on the latest scientific evidence and designed with the individual patient in mind. Paired with your unique circumstances and health goals, we’re able to provide pain relief from your very first visit. At the same time, we also focus on giving you the knowledge and tools you’ll need to stay pain-free in the long term.
We strive to get you in for an appointment without making you wait, so you can get your rehabilitation started as soon as possible. Book your first appointment in less than a minute or give us a call and our friendly front desk staff will find the most convenient time slot for you.
In most cases, we directly bill your health insurance provider, taking care of all the paperwork so you can fully focus on restoring your health. We’ll help you get the most out of your health coverage, so you can receive the treatment you need to fully recover and resume an active, independent life.
We combine the most suitable and effective physiotherapy methods for faster, longer-lasting relief from radiating pain caused by sciatic conditions. Some of the therapy options we may recommend and include in your personalized treatment program are:
What happens on my first visit?
During your first appointment, we’re going to evaluate your range of motion and overall function, thoroughly examining your spine, pelvis, and the surrounding musculature. We’ll also review your medical history and conduct the clinical tests we need to identify the underlying cause of your pain.
At the same time, we’ll apply the right techniques to give you some instant pain relief. By the end of your assessment, you’ll have answers to all your questions, a better understanding of your issue and the recovery process, as well as a personalized treatment plan mapped out specifically for your condition.
Do you directly bill my insurance company for me?
In most cases, we directly bill your health insurance provider allowing you to fully focus on your recovery instead of stressing about paperwork. Our friendly front desk staff will be happy to help you make the most out of your coverage and benefits so you can get the treatment you need while paying as little out of pocket as possible (if anything).
Do I need to bring anything with me?
If you’re planning to have an insurance-covered treatment, please bring your insurance information, including your doctor’s note (if you have one). Remember to take with you any medical imaging test results you’ve done and to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easier skin, joint, and muscle exposure. This will allow your therapist to thoroughly assess and treat affected body areas. For sciatic nerve pain, we recommend wearing shorts or comfortable, loose-fitting pants that can be easily rolled up.
What happens if I'm not covered?
Some patients may have to pay out of pocket for therapy. Physiotherapy fees paid directly by patients are tax-free and qualify as a medical expense for income tax purposes. Insured or not, we’ll work with you to make your therapy accessible and affordable with a flexible payment plan that fits your budget.
With us, you get only the therapy you need to reach full recovery. At the same time, we also show you how to supplement your in-clinic care with a self-managed home care program specifically designed for you.
How many treatments do I need?
The number of treatments you need will depend on your condition, the severity of your impairment, and your past medical history. Everyone responds differently to their type of treatment, but you will know what we recommend for the best, long-lasting results from your very first visit.
Severe hip and lower back pain
Constant pain on one side of the rear
Throbbing pain that shoots down your buttocks
Pain in the rear or leg that is worse when sitting
Weakness, numbness, or difficulty moving your leg or foot
Shooting pain that makes it difficult to walk, sit, lie, or stand up
Burning, radiating, or tingling pain down the leg, ankle, calf, or toes
Whether your pain is triggered by a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, and degenerative changes in the spine (sciatica) or by muscle imbalances, ligament weaknesses, and inflammation of the piriformis muscle in your gluteal area (pseudo-sciatica), we can help.
Before making any therapy suggestions, we thoroughly examine your body and range of motion to uncover the real source of your sciatic nerve pain. We answer all your questions and concerns and apply the right techniques for immediate pain relief. You’ll know which movements are safe to do, what to avoid, and how we can put you on the right track to recovery.
Your physiotherapist will develop a holistic treatment program, combining the most effective techniques for acute and chronic pain relief. We’ll work with you one-on-one to relieve tension, reduce inflammation, and minimize nerve irritation. We’ll also help you strengthen and realign your spine to improve your functional mobility and range of motion.
To help you keep moving and feeling better, we arm you with proper self-care education, practical tips, and a personal exercise regime to make pain management as effective as possible. That way, you can avoid future pain reoccurrence, stay in control of your well-being, and proactively improve your health and quality of life after therapy is over.

Until You Zero in on Its Origin
To kickstart the healing process and find your way past this severe, shooting pain that’s been preventing you from living a full life, the first step is to get clear on what the underlying cause is.
Without a solid diagnosis to guide your treatment plan, even the most advanced rehabilitation therapy will likely fail when it’s treating the wrong cause.
So to set yourself free from possibly the worst pain you’ve ever experienced, you need an integrated approach to your rehab and a physiotherapist who actually takes the time to listen and who can thoroughly assess your condition to uncover the root cause of your pain.
